В принципе, на ю-тубе довольно много роликов с решениями несложных уровней сокобана, а также 50-ти оригинальных уровней (самых первых), сложность которых на среднем уровне. Но фишка в том, что обычный просмотр таких роликов не даст особого эффекта (ну разве что вообще заиметь понятие о механике игры). Надо сначала каждый уровень облазить вдоль и поперек, попотеть над ним капитально, а вот потом и ролик с решением даст настоящий эффект, когда ты сможешь понимать, зачем и почему делается каждый ход. А насчет ликбеза вопрос сложный, это игра, которая не имеет алгоритмов, каждый уровень решается по своему. Просто надо как можно больше решать. Как сейчас помню, лет 20 назад я по неделе мучился над каждым из 50 оригинальных уровней. Сейчас, когда за плечами десятки тысяч решенных задач, именно эти уровни и аналогичные им я могу решить вообще в уме за пару минут. Но если хотите, я могу попробовать какой-нибудь средний уровень из опубликованных у нас разобрать на косточки, попытавшись полностью изложить логику решения.
