Let's mutually respect each other, someone's opinion is just subjective opinion, and moderators must adhere to the specific language and standard phrases, otherwise authors will simply cease to draw, because they are people too with their own sense of self-worth. The wording "joking?" not included in the standard paragraphs of the reasons for the rejection, it's just someone's negative emotions.
